KP - I've no doubt that Global are getting things done legally. What I have a problem with is the fact that Olde Monmouth have a record of transactions induced by Aston Rowe, an unlicensed trader who cannot be traced and who is the subject of UK FSA warnings and also warnings in other countries.

I understand all this about restricted securities sold outside the US by brokers. However I don't think the company can hide behind a screen simply because the sale of free traded shares is physically off its hands. I would hesitate to say you cannot impute some responsibility to the company where misleading sales have been permitted and carried out by an agent of the company.
