I traded CYBL from .009 to over .03 - so I know the stock... I was surprised no one has called it yet, because it was one of my 3 REAL STOCK trades I have made this year, lol..

COPI and SWVC are the other two and they are on the board and CONFIRMED NOBRAINERS.

You have CIRC, so you can't call it too, but maybe someone else will.
