Senrex, I don't see us as being too far apart here. You note that the CFO (Lyttle) was outrageously dismissive about market manipulation. I recall that Lyttle's response was that when PPHM delivered on its business plan, the market and pps would "take care of itself", or something like that. Has PPHM delivered on its tech yet? Nope. We are still waiting for those Bavi Phase 2 developments and so forth. Obviously, with the Russell and the placement of 30 million shares at timing without key milestone success, the pps did take care of itself... to the $0.60s. Whoever did the short came out quite well when the close on May 31 missed the Russell cutoff.

Regardless, I don't see calls for more transparency and proactivism regarding the stock price being addressed by the posts that make unsubstantiated claims of ineptness or illegal activity, do you? Perhaps, there was cause for the CFO to expect that the news on May 31 and other events were going to deliver a different outcome and the 300 share trade tucked in at the close flaunted the market manipulation point in his face? Claims of ineptness would suggest that PPHM could exercise control of market price to prevent that outcome, which I expect most would agree, could not be the case.

Rodman and Renshaw have not exerted any visibile role with PPHM as an investment banker that I am aware of. DTRA grant money is apparently still under negotiation. Avid earnings are up, but not enough to cover much of PPHM operating costs. Trials are said to be getting 'served up' but we are still waiting for confirmation. There is a long list of items long investors are waiting to hear about, for much of which news is overdue. I would like to see more transparency and proactivism in shedding light in that area. However, does requiring PPHM to ante up half again more names than there are board seats to fill bring more transparency or proactivism to support pps? Not in my opinion.

Do you think that the timing of the CTL litigation resolution may be influencing what PPHM can do to best leverage value of technology licensing?

Best wishes and IMO.
