Take over, Thanks for the post, but you are comparing apples and oranges here. TRGD had only like 45 M outstanding, and price was at 8 or 9 cents. How can you expect this stock with over 850M shares to go up. This stock also has been around for more than a 1.5 years under a different name and symbol, being touted by The Clayton Smith Pump machine. When they couldn't get it off the ground, they decided to change it to a business that is the flavor of today's markets, which is gold.
I have asked the management of TRGD if they have any involvement in DKGR and they have said no, not at all.
The only thing is, this is a typical move from the promoters, to associate the company with a successful deal, so people say and think as you told me. " This deal has the same people as TRGD" Please phone TRGD and ask if they are involved and see what you hear.
Also look at the last year, this stock has traded its float yet it goes down???????? Why? Simple economics, more stock keeps being sold in the markets.
I hope we all make money, and it looked good at first, because as you say, they announced that Rich Biscan is going to run this, not a 25 year old promoter. Then RIch biscan announced that he has nothing to do with DKGR, remember??????

If you trade this, you can make money a couple of times a year when they stop selling and the stock goes up. I have friends that Clayton pump machine sold stocks to at 3 and 4 cents, promising that the stock is going to the roof shortly. Well needless to say...
Thanks and good luck to all of us
