After all, there have been a lot of shares bought and sold in PPHM and you haven't provided credible documentation of criminal activity or mismanagement. Of course, market forces covers a lot of territory and your list would be pretty extensive about why pps is in the $0.60s if you acknowledged they exist.

Are you planning on going to the annual SHM to express your views to management? I would expect that most longs reading this board have already committed their proxy or are planning on attending the SHM. I am not attending the SHM and would appreciate it if those who attend share their observations with this board.
