I will probably be accused of being delusional and drowning in kool-aid but here goes......
One of the reasons I put money into PBLS is because of the diversity of divisions.
It appears the Murphy pit is taking hits from all directions. New blood with cash, connections and mining expertise is brought into the mining division and want control of their investment.
PA announces the existence of the preferred threes which means a $100+ million buyout price for any takeover through common shareholders.
The Komex deal is real and shares are being diluted to accomplish the project but Komex gets cold feet after finding that little PBLS is less than advertised and may have lost the Murphy pit. They simply pull out leaving all parties at the mining division with a precarious future.
Pulmuto and Riley see no future here, take their toys and go home in the midst of broken dreams, and angry promises of litigation.
As this cluster#*#* continues PBLS remains silent as new and threatening events are occurring daily. They slow or shut down the mining division until matters are sorted out.
Bills at the pit are not paid as participants point fingers at each other refusing responsibility.
Confusing and undecipherable news leaks out and the PPS falls to new lows.
I expect the next pr we see will admit failures at the pit but reassure us that Best Jets, the marina Project, Texas drilling services and construction divisions are doing well and PBLS will survive.
Time will tell whether or not the other divisions are unaffected but I still do not see PBLS falling off the radar in the near future.
