I think the following sentence from

sums it up:

"This Form must be filed within 10 days after the event by which the person becomes a reporting person (i.e., officer, director, 10 percent holder or other person)."

So it seems that within the last 10 days or so, Ken Rudisuela became our new COO, taking over from Dr. Andrew J. Manning, who I presume remains as President and Chief Technical Officer.

I believe one of these guys is Ken.
