That sounds like a plan better in concept than in practice. Very funny though. Once, while standing in line at the post office, the guy behind me started complaining about a new policy about the time cutoff to get that day's postmark on your mail, then he went on to critique the grammar of the announcement, made fun of its use of the conditional tense. He actually went up to the announcement with a pen and corrected it.

Finally he started telling me about the postmaster of that branch and how last time he had a complaint, he called the postmaster's father at home to complain about his son--and the problem was resolved.

He was going to go home that night and call the father again about this new policy.
