Is this right?
1. The shares in escrow, after releasing enough to satisfy the debt to GGI, will be cancelled, leaving the O/S at close to 500 million shares;
Or:
2. The shares in escrow will be added to the O/S, making the O/S close to 1 billion shares in size.
I assume the bashers are arguing for #2...
My understanding is that #1 is correct.
