Did't claim to be a geologist. Just stated that any one can go to the court house or go on line just as any land man does and look up the legal description and see what liens are on the land and by whom as well as the lease history of that section. It gives owners of the land and minerals or mineral owners if they have been sold and their addresses. You can also look up anyone like say Bitters and see what mortgages the family has had against their property all the way back. It's all personal and most folks don't even realize it's public record. It's alright to look it up, not a good idea to blab it all over the internet. You should check it out as most of you here don't have a clue.
