Anybody have a legal opinion on forcing the dissolution of the III's? I spent $500 to talk with my lawyer the last time I was scammed (Man that makes me out to be the idiot!!). It didn't get me anywhere. The lawyer indicated that the laws for retirbution on these types of crimes were recently relaxed and it would be very hard to get a conviction. This also made it very difficult to find a lawyer that would work for a percentage.

Pursuing legal remuneration is going to be difficult IMO.
