The 10K was done early in the week waiting for friday to put it out. A confirmation arived from Austria and Cal wanted to add it to the 10K. So off to the attorneys he went. I am positive that it had to do with the energy cabin due to that is where it is made and that they just completed the installation at Naskup. What else could it be? He said we
would find out in the 10K if he can get it added.
He is hoping to have it out by the end of this week.
It is strange that a small sale at .06 would go through when there were more buyers than sellers at .01.
Com'on Guys..... selling at .01 ? I know that we are not killing it in sales, but we do have three so we are alive.
At least wait for the 10K. I just hate it when people throw away their money. Ask your self this. Who is going to shut down FASC when the only debt is to the largest stockholders

Now, another thought, with David Dungate full time Energy Cabin, how-many people are going to be making their way to Naskup to observe it? The Buildings and Ground Supervisor said the the local Energy Company has people that they are bringing to see it once it is complete. The Energy Company purchased the Energy Cabin from FASC and sold it to the School.
Even though FASC is a small Company, it seems that to much is going on to say it is done.
But what do I know, I am just a floor guy with sawdust between his ears. Even though my company is bigger than FASC, I do not think it will be for long?
