1.Why do they have to wait to make an official announcement?

They have to wait because if the audited fins for Aero are not released within the 4 day timeline provided, then they blow the deal. So, they will wait until everything is in its place and the trigger is ready to be pulled.


2. What kind of imformation will be available to the announcement?

We can expect the information that THE MERGER IS COMPLETE!!!!
