Yes, I understand the point. But I don't think that the research, or reporting on it, will kill anyone--at least, anyone who doesn't beg to be removed from the gene pool. The second paragraph should take care of that. The only alternative is to cease all research which might in any way be dangerous if misued, or to cease all reporting of such research.
