Sharing Knowledge in Smallcaps

Some general rules I follow when looking at stocks:

Must have at least one institution comiTted to the stock.

Got to have some cash on hand. This proves that the thing is not going in the BK tomorrow.

Must show a profile on yahoo. Of course, this rules out must OTCBB companies.

Volume must be consistant to increasing.

Profit margins are nice. If not positive, I look for increasing revenues

Insiders: I look for the ownership being above 10%.
On the charts.
I use two sites:

What I look for in quick checks:
Volume- steady or increasing over the past month.
Stochastic- under 50 with the fast line overtaking the slow line
Williams- under 50
Money flow- increasing
