Great article. Bill Clinton with all his warts is a brilliant man. But Hiliary is no Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton could get elected right now in a landslide. I would make higher education free to anyone that earns the right to it. I was given a free higher education because of the shortage of scientists. The biggest shortage in the labor market will be college professors. The good ones now are retiring. In my school they are replaced by goofballs. I would not want my children exposed to the majority of them.
