Check at the county court house and find out who owns the minerals that is supposed to be producing. You can get the addresses and phone numbers. Call them they will always talk about their wells. Just tell them you are an investor and be ready for a chuckle. They will give you an ear full. Seriously this is the best way to know the facts. I have folks asking me about my wells all the time. After that you can decide if you want to throw your money away or not. By the way, many counties are putting all that info. on the internet. You can get everything you want to know.
