Dragon man, the argument that a lot of people have is that this price isn't going to hold up due to <enter your personal reason here>. Price alone will not be enough to move this to a higher exchange. They need audited financials, regular reporting to the SEC, and for god sakes, a little transparency into what the H--- is going on over there!
