Technically speaking there is no delay. Last PR stated "We anticipate by the end of the month the merger will be complete" By rule the 8K needs to be released no later than 4 days thereafter.

Personally, I feel it is "delayed" because I WANT the damn thing released becasue the pps slides down and secondly "an email" to CDNKID allegedly stated that the merger is a done deal and will be voted on Friday (September 28th) or Monday (October 1st)

So there technically is no delay. I still think today, and will regretfully say tomorrow for it to be released. If there was/is an issue I think we will see a PR today stating such.

If nothing today, Tommy boy needs to learn the game better.
