I think you misread the filing as it's clear where all the shares went to, and it wasn't all one place or one person, so probably won't go to acquire another company. The $1.5M is to acquire another company, or for working capital. I'm sorry if I'm not happy that in the original deal those guys paid approx. 10c a share, then they took majority ownership, then sold about 45M shares to their buddies for $1.56M, which is about 3c a share.IMO

Wasn't life nice when the hardest thing you had to do was chase an icecream truck :)
