So which is it real estate development or oil?

From company's PRs:

1. "The proposed plan includes details of a high-end subdivision with golf course amenities located in North Carolina."

2. "The company' mission is to create value for our shareholders by applying strong technical expertise to strategies that will unlock substantial oil and gas resources in areas where production can be achieved quickly and efficiently"

I ask this question because I'm curious. I've liked chartinators picks in the past but this one is puzzling to me...

I have a lot of money tied up in LUNA, i'mm confident it will double within 3-4 months (new product roll out with JDS Uniphase slated for January), but i always have my eye out for new plays....volume is kind of low too.
