i have no idea newair! i know talk of a possible billion shares short has been floating around and I believe Mainuh posted earlier today that around 2.2 billion shares were traded in the high activity months of 2005. there is really no excuse that the brokers and DTCC should have for that. yes, counterfeit shares entered the market, but they seemingly treated it as business as usual and sold air shares to clients. they shot themselves in the foot and that is why Megas made the decision to take us "fake shareholders" under his wing. IMO...

i simply want the opportunity to sell my shares for either a gain or a loss at this point. i am leaning towards the gain, but simply want to trade the shares i bought in 2005.
