I think it is time dan start negotiating another way to have the shell paid for and to stop treating the buyer of the shell as someone who does not deserve their attention.
Dan,I have read the contract and it seems to me your lawyer isnt too swift,putting the next payment due date as March,2008,and then Sept 2008,not Sept 2007.By the way I did have lawyers take a look like at,and it is legal and binding.It seems your friends read these boards so since they choose not to talk on the phone we could communicate this way.
To those who are holding shares in BPMT.When we get this straightened out a very good company is trying to finish the purchase of this shell and you will not be disappointed when the deal is completed.dan contrary to proper belief did not take over assets of the new company, Azteq USA, Inc.There are plenty of options for the buyer that can be taken depending on how far dan the man wants to take this.This can be worked out where everyone walks away with what they were supposed to receive or this could become very unpleasant and drawn out.
I will be posting several times a day on this board and if anyone who has shares in BPMT has any questions,I will be glad to answer why there is a delay,and why the share price is dropping.
