By your own admissions he is disrespectful, but not abuse. You have no grounds for banning. This "new sheriff in town" has not swayed any of us, IMO, to have another nomination nor election. You all know that on this board we observe one saying and I will even expand that a little: "You've got to go along to get along"......"because if you don't go along, it would be best if you move on". Obviously Madison411 is finding some resistance from the members of this board, due mostly to a lack of respect and a negative, abrasive attitude. None of this is grounds for banning. Remember justice is not true justice unless it is FAIR.

Let's keep an open mind. People mellow on this board or they seem to wither and disappear. He determines his direction.
