Well, I don't have the answers to your questions, but here is my opinion.

They are just waiting for the SEC to finish, so my guess is "soon." As far as how much this should affect the PPS, your guess is as good as mine. I would hope that the share price would see some appreciation, but that really depends on the amount of interest the news generates.

I no longer hold a position in this stock, but I like the company, so I try to keep an eye on it. I am waiting for them to uplist like everyone else, I just chose to sideline my position until I feel comfortable getting back in.
