since you read the filings, and are wondering where the other 250 million or so left in the OS is, read some more and you'll see where Megas owns somewhere in the neighborhood of 257 million common, plus his prefereds.
That means there is none left, so the brokers and mm's just sold air shares to fill our orders way back when.
Anybody sticking up for the brokers at this point is suspect, imo~
So there's 244+ million on deposit at the DTCC, so why don't the brokers go get them?
They probably cannot produce a legal cert to back up what their clients own, imo~
And that can be rectified by the SEC 'unsuspending' their 'temporary suspension' of the buy-in law, which for some reason hasn't been done, possibly because the short here is huge.
