Thank you for taking the time to send in your e-mail in regards to BCIT. I have requested that the corporate actions department look into this issue. I have found out that the cusip change was not presented to Depository Trust Company known as DTC. If they did not have the information then the cusip change would not go through. They handle all electronic transfer of stock and that does include corporate actions. I also discovered that security and Exchange Commission known as SEC has litigation on going with the BCIT. The link for that litigation is http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1076779/000114420407021877/v073199_10ksb.htm. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns. thank you.

Both the DTC and Empire say their is no problem now with exchanging the old for the new. DO I have the New cusip # 205 shares in my account and if not why not? -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
