well i just called the x-fer agent and got a brick wall. i called American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, in NY which is listed on pinksheets.com and they had no history of either CST Entertainment nor Legacy Holdings.

Is this x-fer agent info old? Anybody know who the actual agent is?
