I found the following regarding OTC and pink sheet stocks:
http://www.otcbb.com/aboutOTCBB/overview.stm "Since December 1993, firms have been required to report trades in all domestic OTC equity securities through the Automated Confirmation Transaction ServiceSM(ACTSM) within 90 seconds of the transaction."
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/faq.jsp#7 All trades in OTC securities are required to be reported to the FINRA via the Nasdaq ACT System within 90 seconds of the transaction.
So there you go. It isn't BS that your executed trades don't post exactly when they are executed -- it's just pure good old fashioned manipulation.
