Looking for advice on how to handle a stock that is being acquired.

I own some shares of ViaCell (VIAC) which is being acquired in an all cash deal and should close before the end of the year. Are there any plays left here? I get the feeling this is a done deal, but I'm tempted to wait a week or two to see if anything else develops. I'm also considering setting a limit order 2-3% higher then the reported price to see if it gets taken out.

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated!
TIA
DJ
