Just for fun...
Would anyone like to speculate on the mechanics of the OTCBB acquisition? Does PHGI insist on a R/S prior to the acquisition or do it's own post acquisition? At what point does the dividend happen? If neither company is a subsidiary, then all of this must happen simultaneously?

I keep thinking back to spring when I kept looking nervously at the 30 billion + A/S and wondering if this was headed down the standard pinky road. Its hard to believe after all that has been accomplished by the company, and all of the dilution speculation spoken here, we suddenly find our A/S have been lowered all the way down to 325 million shares. Actually just 155 million when counting common shares.

I believe the explanation for why our mine assets were not already exploited by some other company is found within the formidable and potentialy costly challenge of gaining access over federal lands from a bureaucracy of red tape. The assets were severely landlocked with no guarantee to the buyer of ever obtaining access. Now, not only has PHGI gained access to the patented gold mine, we have access to an additional 32 mapped locations all showing mining potential. The scale of the Utah project has grown considerably.
