All the wild swings tell me is that there are few sellers and few buyers. Typically when corporate selling is going on, volume is much higher than 3.8 M (1/3 of my holdings which isn’t much from a dollar point of view) and the price drops in a slow methodical manner. Also the ask would be dropped on buys. I’ve seen just the opposite behavior for the past two weeks. Today’s event is hardly something to lead me to believe dilution was the cause. Plain and simple, the market is in a wait and see pattern. Your choice is to wait and see or dump what you’ve got. Makes no difference to me as I think the close will happen sooner or later. No one on this board (unless they are an insider) could possibly know what the cash position is for this company is or what their cash flow looks like. Last time I talked to the company, WRNW was still working wells. I assume this means that there is currently some kind of cash flow. I was also told that the increased OS was set aside for the management of the acquisitions. My guess is that most of the float is in the few hands of a few believers (such as myself) and the soon to be insiders. But who really knows. No one here, that’s for sure.
