Its apparent you have done your homework here, to say the least. Thank you for sharing this information, as I'm quite confident this was not easily obtained, nor well known. In all honesty, I would be very surprised if Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr, LLP were not under strict 'no talk' rules concerning the representation of both ScanBuy as well as Snap; something which general counsel as well as others should have been aware of prior to this undertaking.
