Realize further that should there turn out to have been an organized effort to manipulate the price, some posters feel that it would fall under the RICO statutes, which would enable injured parties to sue for triple damages.

Not being an attorney myself, I wait and watch and continue to be amazed (not always in a good way) by this stock.
