I also hold restricted shares and this is the first time in owning them. I am told they can be converted by the transfer agent? Who is that? What is the period of time necessary to hold this stock? Is it one year from the convertible debenture issue, one year from the date the restricted shares are issued or some other date?
The convertible debenture form clearly states that the shares can bee converted into common shares one year from issue? Any help with this question would be appreciated!
