I am trying to get a fix on what precipated the drop in PPS in 2006 that seemed to continue from July through December.
Was there some news that came out that caused the drop over that 5-6 month period? Perhaps there are others time frames when this also occured, besides the post Katrina period. Those of you who have been in PBLS for 1-2 years or more, can you give me a heads up on this? Was the sentiment here so down during those period of times? Was there news, or lack thereof that caused a drop in PPS? Please save the sarcasm.
