TO: negger0 RE: new SEC rules

I have been waiting for this to go into effect. It is very important. It means that all those long time shorts must be covered. It could mean a short-term up-tick in the PPS for two Colombian Gold Mining companies that I have stock in. I say Colombian loosely, because both stocks (one of which is MGMX), have headquarted offices in Totonto. Thanx for the updated reminder. Sam.
