Yes, investors and mgnt working toward a common goal is a novel idea:) I sense there is some suspicion that Pinnacle is an instrument of the BOD, and not looking out for s/h. Personally, I think that mgnt's intentions are good re s/h, although they need to demonstrate with action. What better way than having s/h rep on BOD?
