The RM is of way more importance to me then any fins by FCCN.

It's NOT the financials that are important in the 10K... everyone understands that FCCN is a shell, and won't have any sort of valuable #'s in that regard.

The 10K is important because it will update the GGI situation and give us a clearer picture of where the share structure is...

I think we can all agree share structure is an important factor, especially when the TA has been gagged and all people have been able to do is speculate on it...
