I think you are mistaken about the sale by Jamie. I believe he filed a notice of intention to sell which is required by the sec to give investors a heads up before the transaction is complated. Even when this form os filed the insider is not required to sell. Maybe he filed because he expects there will be good news soon that will create a demand for the stock.
