(2) has made recent advances in financial stability
(3) is cheap but has improving prospects
Technologically, Lithium Technology
(1) is beginning to ramp up production
(2) has an extrusion process that has several advantages
(3) has an expertise in large format cells, which simplifies battery design and management
As to credibility, Lithium Technology
(1) has been chosen for several advanced projects
(2) was included in the Independent Expert Panel report of the California Air Resources Board
