I have order in this morning, has not executed yet.

I think that surf mentioned he was in before the fall, or just lost all interest in it....learned some lessons, and moved on.

Not sure how much more it falls before it comes out with a strategy, and if Bayer keeps any interest in it at all, well than, that would certainly be viewed as positive since sonus announced they fully expect bayer to bail.

I was trying to find any info on if Bayer had to pay a fee to exit the relationship, but was unable to do so...
