I'm sure if you looked the the historical volume, a lot of those 2mil shares were covered under $3- and killed the stock for new investors with all the rethoric that is going on.

Taking is below $5 has stymied a lot of institutional support also. If all that managment says unfolds later this year, the pps goes back over $5, then institutions start piling in, imo.
