The following is due diligence you should know about this company and it’s CEO and chairman Kenneth G. Eade before considering investing:

Kenneth Eade is an attorney who has been suspended from the state bar of California 13 times:

These suspensions include improper handling of a clients trust account, failure to pay his child support and taking a client’s trust account money. There has been at least one additional situation where it is alleged that he released a client’s trust account money without consent:

In a recent PPM he put out he claimed having the rights to projects that he does not
even have the right to:

When asked about his wife’s involvement in the company he stated that she has “nothing to do with the company”, but then under further questioning admitted that she does have a position, just not an executive one:
