This reminds me of an experience I had earlier this summer with 3 idiot real estate agents.
Two of them seemed lost and clueless, eventho' one had an MBA from Harvard. The third one was a real obnoxious &*tch.
I told her I wanted to sell my house because I was afraid the real estate market was going to crash.
The &*tch, obnoxious as she was, said,:
"that's ridiculous. if the real estate market were going to crash, I wouldn't be selling real estate. I've been in this business for 30 years, blah, blah blah ..."

Well, here it is, 6 months later, I'd like to SLAP that &*tch from here to Timbuktu!
