excel, I know this post was not directed towards me however I have a few comments about it.

First, as you know in the business world things don't always happen according to the initial plan. Change and adaptation is pretty much inevitable.

OK. I would hope that you would pretty much agree w/ me thus far.

The last PR pretty much went over the Tech information and potential. OK. The name change has not occured as of yet. OK. It is your reasoning that I don't really agree with though. And I quote:

"Since that didn't happen I can only assume two things so far.

1.They had to get volume up for clearview shareholders.

2.Damage control for anticipated timing of article about NV.

Maybe you have some other reasons you can think of? "

OK. Here's a possibility. Remember this is a possibility and I am NOT going to ASSUME as you have above but simply put it out as a possibility.

It is indeed possible that this PR was released in conjunction with the hiring of the IR/PR firm in order to gain interest from new investors and perhaps some former investors also. Some people may have remembered NVEI being a former investment of theirs and may choose to go back and review what has happened since they exited then choosing whether or not to invest again. That is indeed possible. Then using that scenario it is indeed a possibility to change the name and ticker using the thinking that the investors will continue to follow the progress from there. As I said, that is indeed a possibility. I am not going to ASSUME it is a reason such as you ASSUMED the two reasons in your post which I'm responding to.

OK. Now for more comments:

You wrote the following directed towards a current Shareholder:

"No matter what I'd be on the horn with Brad asking him why he didn't follow his own game plan."

"I'd hold him accountable. You are part owner."

As I already mentioned above things change and adaptation is necessary in the business world. Just because things have changed and you are no longer a shareholder does that give YOU the right to TELL an existing Shareholder what to do? I for one don't think so. You have done this in other posts also and it is getting tired IMO. If YOU would like the answers to these questions that YOU brought up, I would simply SUGGEST that YOU call Brad and ask him these questions instead of TELLING an existing Shareholder to do so. Yeah, you're not a Shareholder anymore, but that does not mean that YOU can't call him and ask him these questions. I know you have spoken with him previously with mixed results. But should that keep you from calling him now?

See my point? I certainly hope so. I know that you have the toll-free # somewhere as you have posted it numberous times on the message boards.

OK. Now onto another topic. Remember the days when you were referred to as "excel the basher smasher"? Remember the replies that you wrote such as, "if you're not a shareholder why are you posting here?".... and you want to know something, the replies you got back then are strikingly similar to the replies you give to people these days....Interesting indeed. Now I'm not saying that you should not post here as you have pretty much been in compliance with the TOU, but may I suggest you take a look your past & present postings and compare them. (Oh yeah, and I know your reasons for continuing to post here so no need to go over that yet again.)

OTish- You may also know that I am not an overly religous person, and I will not even attempt to get into a discussoin about the Bible here, but somehow in the writing of my post I thought of the movie Pulp Fiction, and one quote from the Bible that was used in that movie in particular.
Ezekiel 25:17
"And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them."
(the quote was different in the movie)

Anyway, just a few thoughts, comments, observations, and a quote,

Pengy
