I personally think we will stop trading before this issue is dealt with... SREG doesn't care about unpaid taxes they can't sell their shares now anyways. The value of ACMG isn't an issue right now maybe 3 years down the road it will be....by then I think we will be halted due to non filing just like CVCP was. JMO
