I have relayed this info to others also because I was personally told there would be no dilution in Global Triad. I did some checking back then and found the opposite to be true. After I exited the position, many chose to believe and hold. It proved to be a huge loss for some people.

Once burned, I am always very cautious about management intent along with grandious promises made. I hope it works out but I prefer to be cautious especially in the crazy market atmosphere we are in.
