that's the thing with the jv, the possible jv partner needs to know the prod costs as well, so they know if its worth it or not.
as for me stop asking questions, you know i've paid for it, it ain't no free, so i want to know what is going on with my investment. the fact that you don't like it, too bad, however you can do whatever you think is appropriate on your side, i got no problem with that.
