NO, of course it has nothing to do with ACCR. Anyways,,,,,,,good luck selling ACCR. You will get only .000s for your stock. Unless,,,,they find a NEW BUYER for the shell. A new buyer that wants a good chunk of the o/s...where a tax-free exchange of stock could be done. You know...with this whole mattress business, and BAUMs April 2007 patent grant on the mobile mattress method....maybe BAUM is going to assign that patent to ACCR?

"BACKGROUND
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to the selling of home furnishings and the like items. Some preferred embodiments provide improved systems and methods for selling home furnishings and the like items via a mobile vehicle. The preferred embodiments can advantageously be used to sell various items, and especially, home furnishings, such as, e.g., furniture items, such as by way of example, beds, mattresses, box springs, bed frames, other bed components, sofas, sleeper sofas, chairs, tables and/or other furniture items.

So,,,,yeah, I hear you....he files a clean 15d on April 2007.....was issued the patent for mattress on April 2007......files the .pk disclosure in May 2007.......maybe CRAFTMATIC wants the patent and the shell for a reverse merger.

You know....if they do control the entire shell........they could exchange the entire thing for some $$$?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.....what if someone thinks that patent is worth $5mln........then by BAUM assigning the patent to ACCR........would yield a stock price of $5mln divided by 138.1mln fully diluted = $.036 on a tender.

They obviously tried a tender last year in 2006 which failed.....maybe one will come in 2007?
